Good afternoon! My name is Amy and my husband and I own Devin’s Window Tinting. I am currently anxiously awaiting the new magazine to come out so I can see the ad. I worked with Tom in Graphics on this ad and I must tell you that he is an absolute joy to work with. He was extremely patient with me during the whole process. My husband and I changed the ad around quite a bit until we got it just right and Tom never lost his cool and always had a good laugh and a smile. I know I’ve never actually seen him smile but you can hear a smile in someone’s words through the phone. Tom is a happy guy! He made the process fun and not stressful, he answered all the questions I had, and he is very knowledgeable in what he does. This is the first ad that we have ever placed anywhere. For the last 2 years, the Lord has blessed us in such a way that we did not need advertising. Our only source of “advertising” was word of mouth. Devin has been tinting for 23 years and is well known in this town. I personally have never been really big on advertising anyways only because for starters you usually have to pay gobs of cash to get any major response to the ad and then if you get no response you’re out all that cash. It just seems like a lose-lose situation to me. Richard Kahn is a great salesman by the way. He worked with me to get the best deal. He’s always available when I need him and on the rare occasion that he can’t answer his phone he always calls back right away. He also is very knowledgeable about his product. He made the whole thing a win-win and I greatly appreciate that!! These gentlemen have made this entire experience a wonderful one!! I look forward to doing more business with this company in the future….but only if these 2 guys are on MY team.

I don’t know if you are the guy in charge but if you are then these guys deserve more than just a pat on the back! They’ve earned a customer’s trust and these days that’s hard to get. Thank you for being an awesome company!! God bless!
